$1,000 Airbnb Host Challenge
No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or be selected.
Effective date: 1 August 2026.
1. Sponsor
The promotion is organized by ONBUSINESSWORLD.COM L.P., represented by Manos Grin, Athens, Greece (“Sponsor”). Questions may be sent to ceo@onbusinessworld.com.
2. Promotion period
The promotion begins at 8:00 a.m. Eastern European Summer Time (EEST, UTC+3) on 1 August 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. EEST on 8 August 2026. The Sponsor’s system clock is the official timekeeper.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to legal residents aged 18 or older in the United States, Australia, Canada, the United Kingdom and New Zealand who own, operate or are actively preparing a short-term-rental property. The promotion is void where prohibited. Employees, contractors and immediate family or household members of the Sponsor are not eligible.
4. How to enter
- Comment CONSULTING on the Sponsor’s designated Host Challenge post on Facebook or Instagram during the promotion period.
- Submit the application at consultingairbnb.com/host-challenge before the deadline, using accurate contact and property information.
Both steps are required. Limit one entry per person. Automated, incomplete, duplicate, deceptive or late entries may be disqualified. Sharing a post, tagging friends, making a purchase, providing payment, or giving account passwords is not required.
5. Skill-based selection
This is a judged challenge, not a random drawing. After the promotion closes, eligible applications will be scored by the Sponsor using the following criteria: potential for specific, actionable improvement (30%); completeness and usefulness of the application (25%); clarity of the property challenge (25%); and demonstrated readiness to implement recommendations (20%). The five highest-scoring eligible entrants will be selected. If scores are tied, the higher clarity score will decide the tie, followed by the earlier valid entry.
6. Prizes
Five selected entrants will each receive one private Airbnb performance-consulting package with an approximate retail value of US$1,000 (US$5,000 total value). Each package includes a listing and conversion audit, pricing and revenue-opportunity review, cost, operations and guest-experience review, one private 60-minute strategy session with Manos Grin, a tailored 30-day action plan and one implementation follow-up. Prizes are non-transferable, have no cash alternative and may not be resold. Any applicable taxes are the recipient’s responsibility.
7. Notification and acceptance
Selected entrants will be contacted by 11 August 2026 using the email address supplied in the application. Authentic messages will come from ceo@onbusinessworld.com and will never request payment, a password or account access. A selected entrant must respond within 48 hours and may be asked to confirm eligibility. If they do not respond, are not eligible or decline, the Sponsor may select the next highest-scoring entrant.
8. Data and publicity
Entry information is handled under the Sponsor’s privacy notice and is used to administer the promotion and respond about consulting where consent was given. The Sponsor will not publish an entrant’s property or results without separate permission. A selected entrant’s first name and country may be announced only after notification and consent.
9. Fair administration
The Sponsor may verify entries, disqualify fraud or abuse, and make reasonable changes, suspension or cancellation if events outside its control compromise fair administration. Any change will be published on this page and will not unfairly remove a valid entrant’s accrued rights. The Sponsor’s decisions on scoring and eligibility are final to the extent permitted by law.
10. Results and platform disclaimer
Consulting does not guarantee bookings, ranking, occupancy, income or profit. Results depend on the property, market, demand, competition, costs and implementation.
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta or Airbnb. Entrants release those platforms from responsibility connected with this promotion to the extent permitted by law. Airbnb is a trademark of its owner; the Sponsor is an independent consulting service and is not affiliated with Airbnb.
11. Law
These rules are governed by Greek law, without removing any mandatory rights an entrant has under the laws of their place of residence.
