Is the Host Challenge really free?

Yes. There is no entry fee, purchase requirement, credit-card request or obligation to buy consulting.

Who can apply?

Legal residents aged 18 or older in the United States, Australia, Canada, the United Kingdom and New Zealand who own, operate or are actively preparing a short-term-rental property, where permitted by law.

Are the five hosts selected randomly?

No. This is a skill-based challenge. Eligible applications are scored using the published criteria for improvement potential, completeness, clarity and readiness to implement.

What does each selected host receive?

One private consulting package with an approximate retail value of US$1,000, including a listing and conversion audit, pricing and operations review, a private 60-minute strategy session, a tailored 30-day plan and one implementation follow-up.

When and how will selected hosts be contacted?

The five selected hosts will be contacted by 11 August 2026 at the email address used in the application. Authentic messages come from ceo@onbusinessworld.com and never request payment or passwords.

What happens if I am not selected?

You are under no obligation to purchase anything. OnBusinessWorld will only send separate consulting follow-up if you choose the optional contact permission in the application.

Does the consultation guarantee more revenue or a higher ranking?

No. Recommendations are property-specific, but bookings, ranking, occupancy, revenue and profit are never guaranteed and depend on the market, property and implementation.

Is this affiliated with Airbnb, Facebook or Instagram?

No. OnBusinessWorld is an independent consulting service. The challenge is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Airbnb, Facebook, Instagram or Meta.
